Once your order has been shipped from our dispatch center, you will receive an email from us with the subject "Shipping Confirmation." If you selected a tracked shipping method, you will receive tracking information along with the necessary steps to track your order in this email.
If you're unsure of which shipping method you selected for your order, you can also find this information in your order confirmation email (which we send immediately after receiving your order).
All orders placed from Sunday to Thursday will be shipped on the next business day after receiving the order. All orders placed from Friday to Saturday will be shipped the following Monday.
Standard shipping is the default shipping method (5-7 business days for domestic orders and 14-21 business days for international orders). For standard international shipping only: if you continue with this default shipping method, you acknowledge and agree that it is an untracked and non-priority shipping service.

All orders placed from Sunday to Thursday will be shipped on the next business day after receiving the order. All orders placed from Friday to Saturday will be shipped the following Monday.

Customs duties and taxes vary from country to country, and various factors determine whether your order will require payment (by the customer). Unfortunately, MO4T does not control any of these factors.
International orders shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes and duties required by the destination country.
Any additional customs clearance charges must be paid by the recipient. Customs charges and/or import duties are not included in the order price, and MO4T cannot anticipate whether you will be charged additional fees or how much they might be. Since customs policies vary widely from country to country, we recommend you contact your local customs office for additional details.
If you are charged an additional fee, the carrier will wait for payment at the time of delivery. If you refuse the shipment due to these charges, or if customs rejects an order due to product restrictions, or if the order is returned (because the local mail service cannot locate your address), we will happily refund the cost of the product. This does not include any shipping or return fees) once the package is returned and processed by our dispatch center.
Please note that returned packages by customs can often take a long time, and in some extreme cases, it may take several months.
To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, we suggest: Providing a phone number where customs can reach you when your product arrives. This phone number will appear on the commercial invoice so that customs can contact you to clear your order.
Do not refuse a shipment or ignore carrier requests regarding duties and/or tax charges. Please note that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after it arrives in your country before returning it to the sender. We will not refund original shipping costs for products whose delivery is refused at customs.

Our fulfillment team is very quick at processing all incoming orders, to ship your order and get it to you as fast as possible.
You can edit/update/remove any item from your order as much as you wish before clicking "Complete Order." After this point, you will not be able to make any changes or modifications to your order, as our Fulfillment Team will have already started processing and preparing your order for delivery.
Once your order is processed, products, flavors, and shipping address cannot be modified.
If you accidentally entered the wrong shipping address and the order has been shipped, you will be responsible for contacting the residence of the address you initially entered (as they will receive your order).
If you entered an address that doesn't exist, the order will return to our dispatch center. Once received, our Fulfillment Team may redirect your order to your correct address (if you provided it to our Customer Service team) or offer a full refund (only the product costs).
If you entered incorrect details regarding products (or flavors) and it has already been shipped from our facilities, your order cannot be canceled (or modified) at this point since it has already been shipped to you. Once received, if you still need changes made to your order, you will be responsible for contacting our Customer Service team (and paying return postage), so we can assist you through our Return/Exchange policy.
MO4T is not responsible for losses incurred if the customer has provided incorrect details for their order. MO4T also reserves the right not to issue a refund for product costs on orders never received due to incorrect details provided.
All "shipping days" refer to "business days" (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays.
If you choose our standard shipping, make sure you’ve tracked your order for its status. If tracking hasn’t been updated in more than five days, contact our Customer Service Team for help at MO4TARS@GMAIL.COM.
If you choose our standard shipping, you will have no way to track your order, and our customer service team won’t either. You can calculate the expected arrival date by starting with the shipping date of your order (as indicated in your shipping confirmation email) and counting 14 business days. Remember, only count weekdays (Monday through Friday) and exclude holidays when calculating the delivery date. However, since this is just an estimated delivery date, we ask that you allow at least one more week for your order to arrive. Delays in shipping sometimes occur.
Simply enter your discount code in the box and don’t forget to click the "APPLY" button after entering it. If you don’t click the "APPLY" button, you won’t receive your discount.
Before contacting our Customer Service Team, we recommend you first check your property, as USPS may have left your package in a safe location out of public view. Additionally, check with family members and neighbors to see if they’ve seen your package.
If you live in an apartment complex, your package may have been delivered to anyone: a "Locker," or your leasing office or Property Manager’s office.
If you cannot locate your package, we suggest you contact your local post office, make sure to give them your tracking number, and explain that according to tracking, your order was delivered, but you have not received anything.

If you made an order and chose USPS 2-Day Priority Mail, USPS does not guarantee delivery within two business days. Therefore, we cannot guarantee you will receive your order within that timeframe.
Note: All orders placed from Sunday to Thursday will be shipped the next business day (2-day shipping starts once your order is shipped). All orders placed from Friday to Saturday will be shipped the following Monday morning.
When you live in another country and forward your order to a business where you won’t be present to receive the package, you run the risk of the package getting lost or not being notified upon arrival.
If tracking shows that the package was "Delivered," we are not responsible for lost or misplaced packages.
When you place an order to be delivered to an address where you won’t be present or asked someone else to receive the package for you using your name.

When placing an order to be delivered to a business address, your package may be received by someone else who works or performs another task at the site. Therefore, we are not responsible for lost or misplaced packages.
When ordering to hotels, we recommend contacting them before placing your order to ensure they can receive it and notify you. We are not responsible for transit delays as these can happen in certain scenarios.
